We deliver anywhere in Kepong for RM 40 — Kepong Baru, Metro Prima, Taman Ehsan, Bandar Menjalara and the roads bordering Desa ParkCity. From our Subang Jaya base it is about 35 minutes clear via the LDP and DUKE, so we quote 50 to 70 minutes from confirmation. We come to your house, shoplot or condominium lobby, check your licence, walk the car with you, take a photo record and hand over the keys. If you are in a guarded taman or a condominium, send us the block and register the plate before we arrive.

Local notes
Kepong, and why renting here works the way it does
Kepong sits in the north-west corner of Kuala Lumpur and has kept a strong working-class, largely Chinese-Malaysian character: rows of shophouses, old coffee shops, wet markets and a substantial light industrial area around Kepong Baru and Jinjang. Metro Prima is the long-standing retail centre with an AEON, and the newer Kepong Village Mall and The Metropolis have added to it. The Forest Research Institute Malaysia — FRIM — occupies a large tract of forest reserve on the northern edge, with the canopy walkway and waterfalls that draw weekend visitors. Desa ParkCity, immediately to the south, is a very different animal: master-planned, dog-friendly, expensive, built around a central park and Plaza Arkadia. Kepong Metropolitan Park and its lake sit between the two worlds.
Two clear groups, and they barely overlap. Kepong proper is family and small-business territory: residents replacing a car take a BMW or Mercedes saloon, and family businesses hire something with presence for a wedding, a dinner or a client run — a Range Rover, or occasionally a Rolls-Royce for a wedding day. Desa ParkCity, on the southern edge, skews towards SUVs and MPVs — a Range Rover or an Alphard — with monthly hire common while a new car is on order. We also get weekend bookings from visitors heading to FRIM or driving north towards Ipoh, for which an executive saloon is the sensible pick.

Getting there from SS15
Kepong is served by the DUKE highway, which is the fast link east to Jalan Duta and the city, plus the Middle Ring Road 2, Jalan Kepong itself and the LDP running down the western side. From SS15 the usual route is the LDP north then the DUKE, around 35 minutes clear, with a few ringgit in tolls. Jalan Kepong is the historic bottleneck — it carries heavy local traffic and lorry movements from the industrial area, and it is slow morning and evening. The MRR2 towards Selayang is similarly heavy. The Kepong Sentral and Kepong KTM stations serve the north-bound commuter line if you would rather not drive into the city.
Parking in Kepong
Kepong is a coupon-and-kerbside area. The shophouse rows around Kepong Baru and Jalan Kepong have DBKL paid street bays at low rates, and they are full through the middle of the day with a good deal of double parking outside the busier coffee shops. Metro Prima, AEON and Kepong Village Mall all have proper car parks with modest hourly charges, and they are the sensible option on a weekend. Desa ParkCity's parking is well organised but paid, and Plaza Arkadia fills at dinner. Residential taman streets are free and generally fine outside meal times.

Queries
Questions about renting in Kepong
Do you deliver to Desa ParkCity as well as Kepong?
Yes — Desa ParkCity sits on Kepong's southern edge and we treat it as the same delivery area, RM 40. Most of the residences there are guarded, so register the plate with your guardhouse and give us the block and unit when you book. Handover is usually in the visitor bay or at the drop-off porch.
Can I hire something with proper luggage space in Kepong?
Yes. Our fleet is premium, not commercial, so there are no vans — but a Range Rover or an Alphard will swallow a large family's luggage, and the Alphard's sliding doors make loading in a tight taman driveway far easier. Tell us what you are carrying and we will match the vehicle. Goods or commercial use has to be declared so the cover is correct.
What is the quickest route from Kepong into the city?
The DUKE highway east to Jalan Duta is the fastest by some margin, at a few ringgit in tolls, and it bypasses Jalan Kepong entirely. Jalan Kepong itself carries heavy local and lorry traffic and is slow in both peaks. If you are commuting daily, the KTM from Kepong Sentral is worth considering instead.
