Car rental at KLIA2
We deliver to KLIA2 for RM 150, covering the 45-minute run from Subang Jaya and the tolls both ways. Send us your flight number and we will track it, so a late landing is not your problem. Our driver meets you at the arrival hall on Level 2, walks you through Gateway@klia2 to the car park where the vehicle is already parked, checks your licence, walks the car with you and hands over. Most people are driving away within about fifteen minutes of clearing customs, which is usually faster than the counter queues upstairs.

Local notes
KLIA2, and why renting here works the way it does
KLIA2 is the low-cost carrier terminal, opened in 2014 about two kilometres from KLIA Terminal 1, and it is effectively a shopping mall with an airport attached. Arriving passengers come out on Level 2 into Gateway@klia2, a large retail and food complex that sits between the terminal and the multi-storey car park, so you walk through shops to reach the car. Departures and check-in are on Level 3. It handles the bulk of AirAsia's network plus other low-cost carriers, which means very heavy early-morning and late-night traffic — the terminal is genuinely busy at 3am. The KLIA Transit station is on the lower level, and a free shuttle runs between KLIA2 and Terminal 1.
Travellers arriving on early or late low-cost flights who do not want to wait for a counter to open, Malaysians returning from regional trips, and families flying in for holidays. Saloons make up most bookings — a Mercedes or BMW saloon, or a Lexus IS300 F Sport, covers a couple with cases comfortably. The Alphard and Vellfire go to families and groups and are the first to sell out around Hari Raya, Chinese New Year and school holidays. Because KLIA2 flights land at unsociable hours, we get more after-hours handovers here than anywhere else on our list, and those need arranging in advance, not on the day.

Getting there from SS15
KLIA2 is reached on the same KLIA Expressway from the ELITE, with a signposted split for KLIA2 shortly before the Terminal 1 turn-off. From SS15 it is roughly 45 minutes clear, with about RM 20 to 25 in tolls each way. Driving out to central Kuala Lumpur, allow 50 to 70 minutes normally and up to 90 in the evening peak or heavy rain, with the MEX or Besraya approach into the city being the slow section, not the expressway itself. Follow signs for Kuala Lumpur out of the car park. The inter-terminal road to KLIA Terminal 1 takes about ten minutes if you need to switch.
Parking in KLIA2
The multi-storey car park at KLIA2 connects directly to Gateway@klia2, so you reach the car under cover with a trolley the whole way. It is charged hourly with a daily cap, and cheap for the twenty minutes a handover takes. Long-stay parking is available at a daily rate and is a reasonable option if you are leaving a car while you fly. Kerbside stopping outside departures on Level 3 is strictly time-limited and enforced, so we will not do a handover there. Returns are collected from the same car park at an agreed level and bay.

Queries
Questions about renting in KLIA2
Can you deliver for a 2am arrival at KLIA2?
Yes, but arrange it when you book, not on the day, and expect an after-hours surcharge for handovers outside normal working hours. We will quote the exact amount up front. Given how many low-cost flights land in the small hours, this is a routine request here — we just need enough notice to roster a driver.
Where is the handover point at KLIA2?
We meet you at the arrival hall on Level 2 with a name sign, then walk through Gateway@klia2 to the multi-storey car park where the car is already parked. It is under cover the whole way and trolley-friendly. The licence check, walkaround and photo record happen at the car and take about ten minutes.
What is the drive from KLIA2 into Kuala Lumpur like?
Straightforward: the KLIA Expressway onto the ELITE, then the MEX, Besraya or NKVE depending on your destination, with about RM 20 to 25 in tolls. Reckon 50 to 70 minutes normally, up to 90 in the evening peak or heavy rain. The expressway moves well; it is the final stretch into the city that slows down.
