How it works, step by step
You call or message us with three things: which car, which dates, and where you want it. We confirm availability immediately if the car is free, or offer the nearest alternative if it is not. Nothing is held until we have your details, because holding a car on a maybe means turning away someone who is ready.
You send us photographs of your driving licence and identification. For Malaysian renters that is your licence and MyKad. For visitors it is your passport, your home-country licence, and an International Driving Permit if your licence is not in English or Roman script. We check these before delivery, not at the kerb, so there are no surprises when the car arrives.
We agree the delivery window, the deposit and the mileage allowance in writing. Then we deliver. Our driver arrives with the car cleaned and fuelled, walks around it with you, notes any existing marks on the handover sheet, photographs all four corners, sets up your phone on Bluetooth if you want it, and hands over the keys and the Touch 'n Go card.
Where we deliver and how long it takes
Anywhere in the Klang Valley: Kuala Lumpur city centre, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Puchong, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Cheras, Ampang, Setapak, Kepong, Klang and the surrounding areas. Free across the city core; Cheras, Ampang, Kepong, Setapak, Shah Alam and the airports carry a flat fee that is on the quote before you book.
Lead time in the city core is around two hours if the car is available and the paperwork is already with us. Outer areas add time depending on traffic. Between 7am and 10am and again from 5pm to 8pm the Klang Valley moves slowly and we will spell out what that means for your slot instead of promising a time we will miss.
For destinations outside the Klang Valley — Seremban, Melaka, Ipoh, Penang — we can arrange delivery for a fee worked out on distance and put in writing first. Cross-border delivery into Singapore or Thailand is not something we do.
Condominiums, offices and guarded areas
Most KL condominiums will not let a delivery driver up to your floor and many will not admit a non-resident vehicle at all. The practical answer is to meet at the guardhouse or the drop-off porch. Give us the block name and your phone number and we will call from the gate.
Hotels are simpler. We coordinate with the valet or concierge, deliver into the porch, and complete the handover there without blocking the driveway. Tell us your booking name and arrival time. Office towers usually work best at the loading bay or the ground-floor drop-off during business hours.
Collection at the end
The same in reverse, and charged the same way — free in the core, the same flat fee further out, and nothing extra if collection is at the address we delivered to. Tell us where and when. We inspect the car with you if you are present, or photograph it on collection and send you the images if you are not — for airport departures and early-morning flights, the second option is the usual one.
Return the car with the same fuel level it left with. If that is not practical, we refuel it and deduct the actual cost from the deposit at the pump price, with the receipt. We do not mark up fuel and we do not charge a refuelling service fee.
The refundable deposit is released after the car has been checked, which in ordinary cases is the same day or the next working day. Bank transfers can take a further day to appear. If there is damage or an outstanding traffic summons, we tell you the amount and show you the evidence before deducting anything.
Tolls, fuel and parking while you have the car
Every car goes out with a Touch 'n Go card fitted to the windscreen. You can reload it yourself at any petrol station or through the app, or leave it and we will settle the toll usage against the deposit at the end. Decide which at handover so it is not a discussion later.
Parking is yours to arrange and pay for. Most KL malls charge by the hour and cap for the day; street parking in Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya uses the local council's app. Compounds and summonses issued during your rental period are your responsibility, and we forward them to you with the notice attached, not simply deducting.
Questions about this service
Which areas get free delivery, and what does the rest cost?
Free in the city core — Mont Kiara, Bangsar, KLCC, Damansara Heights, Sri Hartamas, PJ, Subang Jaya, Sunway and Puchong — for both delivery and collection, with no minimum rental period. Cheras, Ampang, Kepong, Setapak, Shah Alam and the two airport terminals carry a flat fee, published on each area page and on your quote. Nothing is added afterwards.
How quickly can you get a car to me?
About two hours in the city core if the car is available and we already have your licence and identification on file. Peak-hour traffic between 7am and 10am and 5pm to 8pm adds to that, and the window we quote is the real one, not an optimistic one.
Can you deliver to my condominium?
We deliver to the guardhouse or the drop-off porch, since most condominium managements will not admit a delivery vehicle further in. Give us the block name and your mobile number and our driver will call from the gate when he arrives.
