The Huracán is the sensible starting point, if that word applies. A 5.2-litre V10, 631 bhp, seven-speed twin-clutch, two seats. RM4,500 a day, RM23,500 a week, RM48,500 a month. The Spyder is the same money with a folding roof — worth it for photographs, less worth it at 2pm in March when the sun is directly overhead and the air conditioning is fighting for its life.

The Aventador S at RM6,800 is the V12: 740 bhp, 2.9 seconds to 100, and a noise that carries across three streets. It is the most expensive car we rent after the Rolls-Royce Cullinan and it is booked almost exclusively for weddings, milestone birthdays and commercial shoots. It is also the least practical thing here — enormous, almost no visibility rearward, and a boot that takes a laptop bag.

The Urus is the one you could genuinely use for a week. Five seats, a proper boot, 640 bhp from a twin-turbo V8, and a ride height you can raise to clear a car park ramp. At RM5,500 a day or RM45,000 a month it is not cheap, but it is the only Lamborghini here that will take a family to Bukit Tinggi and back without anybody complaining.

Practical reality in KL: the low cars have front-lift systems and we will show you how to use them at handover, but there are car parks in the older parts of town — the multi-storey behind Jalan Sultan, several Bukit Bintang ramps — that we tell people to keep out of. Valet at the major hotels handles supercars routinely and is the easier answer.

Fuel is what you expect. The V10 and V12 will do 18 to 25 litres per 100 km in city driving, and both need RON 97. A day of city and highway will run RM250 to RM400 in petrol. Deposits on the Lamborghinis are higher than the rest of the fleet and are confirmed at booking; they are refundable and released after the car comes back and is checked.

We deliver free across the KL core and for a flat fee further out, and for supercars we usually deliver on the morning of the event, not the night before, so the car arrives clean and you are not responsible for it overnight in a car park you do not control.

What does it cost to rent a Lamborghini for a wedding in KL?

A single day on the Huracán is RM4,500, the Urus RM5,500 and the Aventador S RM6,800. Most wedding bookings are one day covering the morning fetch and the evening reception. We deliver free across the KL core and can arrange a specific delivery time so the car is at the house before the entourage.

Which Lamborghini is the most practical for more than a day?

The Urus, without much argument. It seats five, has a real boot, has adjustable ride height for car park ramps, and at RM45,000 a month it is the only one of the four with a monthly rate that people actually take up. The Huracán and Aventador are two-seaters best suited to a single day out.

Are there mileage limits on a Lamborghini rental?

Yes. Supercar bookings carry a daily mileage allowance which we agree with you when you book, with a per-kilometre charge beyond it. Tell us your plan — a wedding around KL and a Genting run need very different allowances — and we will set it so you are not paying for kilometres you will never use.
